AI SprintFlow

AI SprintFlow privacy policy#

Last updated: 7 October 2026

AI SprintFlow ("the app") is published by HPTTech.Com. This policy explains what the app does with your data.

The short version#

The app runs on your computer. It sends your data only to the services you connect it to (your Jira site, your code host and your AI provider), and it sends nothing to HPTTech.Com.

What the app stores, and where#

On your computer, in your user profile:

  • Settings you enter, such as your Jira site, code host and AI provider.
  • Credentials you enter (API tokens and keys). They are stored encrypted and are never shown again.
  • Run history: for each ticket the app works on, its steps, the code changes, test results and logs.
  • What the app has learned about your repositories, to work better on later tickets.
  • Console user accounts you create, with passwords stored as secure hashes.

This data stays on your computer. Uninstalling the app removes it.

What the app sends, and to whom#

Only when you have connected the service, and only to do the work you start:

Service you connect What is sent
Your Jira site Requests to read the tickets you choose and, if you allow it, comments and status updates.
Your code host (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or another git server) Your repository is downloaded to your computer; the app's changes are pushed to a branch and a draft pull request is opened.
Your AI provider (for example Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, a model on your own hardware, or your own endpoint) Ticket text and the parts of your code the app needs, so the model can plan, write and review the change. The provider's own privacy terms apply to that data.

The app has a data guard that, when turned on, replaces personal data and secrets with placeholders before anything is sent to the AI provider, and keeps files you mark as sensitive from being sent at all.

What the app does not do#

  • It does not send any data to HPTTech.Com.
  • It does not include advertising or third-party analytics.
  • It does not sell, rent or share your data.
  • License keys are checked on your computer, without contacting us.

Children#

The app is a tool for software developers and is not directed at children.
